What we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, respond to your messages, send transactional updates, run the SAYFURTHER Alerts messaging program where you have opted in, prevent fraud, and improve the site.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you join SAYFURTHER Alerts, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (including date, time and the exact disclosure shown) in order to send recurring automated marketing and transactional messages. SAYFURTHER Alerts sends up to 6 msgs/month; msg and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging service providers that transmit our messages on our behalf, and never for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, email hello@sayfurther.com with the subject "Data deletion" from the address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete verified requests within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
