SAYFURTHER Alerts
Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions
Effective 2026. These terms govern the SAYFURTHER Alerts text messaging program.
1. Program description
SAYFURTHER Alerts is a mobile messaging program operated by SAYFURTHER. The program sends recurring automated marketing and transactional messages — including offers, restock alerts, new flavor announcements, cart reminders and order updates — to phone numbers that have opted in.
The program is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from SAYFURTHER at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may buy from us without joining the program. We may also send a one-time confirmation message asking you to reply YES; if you do not reply, you are not subscribed and will not be messaged again.
3. Opt-out and help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from us. After you send one of those keywords, we will send one final message confirming that your subscription has ended, and you will receive no further marketing messages.

4. Message frequency
SAYFURTHER Alerts sends up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary, and SAYFURTHER reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent through the program at any time, including to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent.
Sample message: "SAYFURTHER: Your restock is live — 15% off ends Sunday. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply."
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send to us and messages we send to you, according to your carrier plan and rate schedule. You are solely responsible for those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join SAYFURTHER Alerts. You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll that number.
7. Number changes
You agree to notify us before your mobile number is changed, reassigned, deactivated or transferred to another person, so that we do not send messages intended for you to someone else. Email us at hello@sayfurther.com or reply STOP.
8. Privacy
Information you provide through the program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Text Messaging (SMS) section. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are used only by SAYFURTHER and its messaging service providers to deliver the messages you requested.
9. Disputes and contact
Questions, complaints and disputes about SAYFURTHER Alerts should be directed to hello@sayfurther.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue before other remedies are pursued.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify or cancel SAYFURTHER Alerts, or any of these terms, at any time and without notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
