1. Use of the site
By accessing sayfurther.com you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the site or other customers.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm shipment. We may cancel or limit orders — including obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or quantities beyond household use — and will refund any amount charged.
The first production run ships in 2026. Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Product information
SAYFURTHER Electrolyte Sticks are a food supplement, not a medical treatment. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the Supplement Facts panel and the transparency notes on the product page before use, and consult a qualified professional if you are pregnant, nursing, on a sodium-restricted diet, or managing a kidney or heart condition.
4. Intellectual property
The SAYFURTHER name, wordmark, monogram, copy, photography and site design are our property and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution.
5. Mobile messaging
The SAYFURTHER Alerts text messaging program is governed by a separate set of terms, which form part of this agreement for participants.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law and changes
